FULL PAYMENT MUST BE GIVEN WHEN YOU CALL TO BOOK A TIME FOR YOUR GROUP.

Pay for one package here as a non-refundable security deposit and the rest of THE amount must be paid in full when you call to book your appointment.

After deposit is made you can call the store (905-983-5550) to schedule your appointment, appointments will NOT be confirmed until every member of the group has been paid for. 

Please come 15 minutes before to sign waiver and receive instructions on range safety.

 

IMPORTANT RANGE INFO

 

• Eye & ear protection will be provided
• Participants under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by their legal guardian. There is no minimum age for the range, however the eligibility of a minor to participate will be up to the discretion of the range safety officer appointed to you
• There is a ZERO TOLERANCE for participants to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. This includes marijuana. If the range officer smells drugs or alcohol on you, your breath, or your clothing, or your behaviour/body language suggests that you are intoxicated, you will be assumed to be under the influence and denied participation for you and the people with you. This is up to the discretion of the range safety officer assigned to you. If you are denied participation for use or suspected use of drugs and/or alcohol prior to or during your appointment, there will be no refund issued
• Packages cannot be split between multiple people. Each package and possible add-ons can only be used by one person
• We encourage groups of two or more for bookings. However, if you want to be the only one shooting, that is fine. You must still be accompanied by someone in order to enter the range. Your guest can wait in the viewing area and watch the action!
• The bookings are non-refundable. We MAY be able to re-book you if we are given a minimum of 24 hours notice before your time-slot. We cannot guarantee open availability for re-bookings
• If you engage in any dangerous or inappropriate behaviour/language in the range we reserve the right to refuse you entry and/or end the session and escort you out. This will be done without a refund. Firearms need to be respected. So does our staff. Please act accordingly
• Filming and picture taking is encouraged! It just cannot interfere with the safety of the shoot
• A quick safety instruction on safe gun handling is provided at the start, and during the shoot. A Range Safety Officer will be with you at all times
