This versatile lure can cover many techniques ! Its buzz bait, a giant rubber bucktail or a pull pause giant grub.
For sub surface / top water, the Grubzilla can be rigged with the buzz blade / clacker combination. It will raise giants off the bottom with it’s loud over sized buzz blade and noise making clacker.
For sub surface fishing, the Grubzilla can be rigged with a #7 Colorado / #9 Musky Magnum Double Dozer Blade combo available in Silver, Fluorescent Orange and Chartreuse. Also included is a screw in weight to allow for deeper fishing or faster retrieves.
For pull pause jerk bait fishing the Grubzilla body makes an excellent pull pause bait on its own. It casts like a bullet, has a very slow rate of fall and pulls effortlessly. Also included is a screw in weight to allow for deeper fishing or faster retrieves.
The oversized Chatter Blade is the latest attachment to be added to the Grubzilla. The Chatter Grubzilla works on either a steady or pulsed retrieve like a bucktail and can be fished very slowly or burned in to trigger strikes from lazy followers.
It casts like a bullet and retrieves with a steady rod tip vibration that lets you know the blade is doing its job.
The Grubzilla runs in about 5 to 10 feet and can be fished shallower or deeper depending on rod tip position and rate of retrieve.
